We send young, physically resilient individuals to fight our wars. War is physically demanding. These individuals are the most capable of physically tolerating the job.

However, even if deployed in their mid-20s, these individuals have barely had an effect on the Geo-political environment leading to most wars. They are often times fighting wars resulting from decisions made during their childhood or earlier.

Physical requirements aside, is it just to send the innocent to pay the price of the voters who decided before them?
